"I Will Internalize" brings on the heart-break, but then gives such sweet relief with its gorgeous chorus. "When the Day Is Short" picks the tempo up & rocks out a little. If this were a more righteous world, this 8.0 song would be all over the radio! The atmospheric "It's Over" showcases some of Martha's AMAZING vocal histrionics. Just try to keep up with her, it's like 8.0 a rollercoaster. At this point on the EP, most listeners will be absolutely comatised. It's just 8.0 sooooo much beauty to behold in such a weary, wretched world. But it's not over yet. Next we get a sweet little dilly of a standard, "How Soon." No one can interpret a classic like Martha & this one brings it all back home. What a gem! This disc flat out refuses to leave my player. You have to buy it.
