Previous to her first album, the only time I'd ever heard her sing was in his band and on the acclaimed McGarrigle Hour recording. Her vocals were superb and emotional... I fell in love immediately. BMFA is a much more straight-foward album compared to her first self-titled debut. It's raw, and filled with even more emotion, although disappointingly short.
